a vomit from the brain to the blog

and then what? should this be more crafted, considered, purposeful.. i mean it is i know what it it is but i question...like just because there is a space to vomit out my thoughts does that mean it should be used. should i write a more crafted article that takes time to do the research the writing the editing the rewriting and more editing and additional research. what is a blog?

good feelings good compliments are contagious

the gelati wasn't free. the woman behind the counter said i like your scarf (a thrift store find in maine, aqua with pink flowers). she quipped (a new favorite word of mine) compliments are free to her friend. i volunteered one to him - i like your bike, he said i like your jacket (1970's lee jean jacket that was my dad's), i said i like your cut off shorts, he said i like your shoes (puma high tops bought in new york after seeing the lttr "fashion" and suffering cold feet from in appropriate shoes for the cold rainy day in february), i said i like your shoes (moccasins) better, we smiled at each other and then he pedaled off and i ordered a mexican chocolate gelati.

is it bragging about your life? is it documenting your life. i found my grandpa's letters from 1943 written while he served in the army and was traveling and sleeping in a tent that wasn't big enough for him and he slept in his clothes to stay warm and everything was dirty. there's also letters to his mom. he was 24 at the time. he said do something with my writing once or twice to me, referring to a notebook where he'd been journalling, but i gave the notebook to my mom's cousinand never saw it again. i'm glad i found these letter. would a blog of them be interesting?
