Focus Time

Two months away til the next Plastic Fantastic... Time to start spending more time on that, writing, in the studio, planning and less time looking at so much art and going to talks and going out in general. March seems to be the month for talks. Spring weather kicked in and I got distracted. So distracted. Time to buckle down dem belts. I'll be missing a few nice days no doubt to make this happen. All part of the dream.

so far there has been amazing support expressed from former plastic fantastic enthusiasts. for that i am unbelievably grateful and can't wait to make this happen.

here are the art things i did last week outside of my 9-5

- planning meeting for plastic fantastic's schedule
- submitted work to a show
- attended two art openings on thursday, met new awesome artists and learned about clay, process and form
- attended three art shows on friday but i missed one i should have gone too :( - failure to show... no pun intended?
- worked on setting up new studio (luv luv luv)

and saturday and sunday i spent in new york at the whitney and the moma. both were great! holy hot week of art gazing.
