Self Care Sunday

Seriously?

Got up. 30 minutes of yoga including savasana. Savasana is the best pose. You lie there. and perhaps focus on your breath. And relax. you go to the quietest place ever when it's really good. I got there today. It was amazzing.

BUT WTF dear fail button go fuck yourself. and eat shit. it's time to shift focus, make that effort with ease and grace. oh so i'm really sorry. please make yourself available, welcome failure regularly and then be accepted and i'll move on to the next thing. with less tears. less tears. less less tears.

like heesung once said to me, remember to breathe.
