
Using the book "Mind Gym" to help crystalize my dreams, the task was A.C.T.
- a was accept your strengths and weaknesses. ok that's fine.
- c was create the vision that you want. it said what is your dream? close your eyes and envisage how you see your desired state. Then write it down. I suggest you do the same, it is quite fascinating and gives you amazing clarity. Lots of images flashed before my eyes, most of which I quite enjoyed but it left me with the ending image of doing cartwheels and handsprings in outer space after flying through and seeing multiples of glowing domes on a light pink glowing base fading off into the horizon. i could only interpret this to mean that my dream is to be a gymnast.
- t is for take the next step ... and it is exactly that that i shall do. pursue this dream wholeheartedly.
