Make Art !

I think I sounded a little sad and frustrated with the career focus. One has to remember "cinch by cinch it's a inch??? something like. i'm laying in bed bumming it truly in Richmond, VA where I am visiting the Jenn Rockwell who is following that mantra. Make Art. repeat. do it. paint. materials. make more work. keep going. just make art my friend as she would definitely say.

While Jenn and her compadre Ten Legs were reluctant to comment on the work or what it was about. It was a show of paintings and paper mache and sculpture (there's probably a better description..). Some titles included Nerd Herd Bird Turd God's Eye, and there was a Unicorn with Pink hair, dreamcatchers, a bearrug with real paper mache head alter / sweat lodge and neon colors and patterns. reminded me of this show... elf world
